The spider Cat Ball® is a spooky novelty version of our standard Cat Ball® cat bed. This oversize arachnid and Halloween-themed cat bed is made with brown grizzly bear fur, silly bouncy legs, and creepy spider eyes. 

The Cat Ball® cat bed is a modern cave or pod for your kitty, offering a place to play, hide, sleep, and loiter. Our original Cat Ball® design has six panels and two openings, one larger than the other. 

Will my cat fit?

  • Fits cats and dogs to about 18 - 19 pounds. 
  • The two openings measure about 6" and 10" in diameter.
  • The bed diameter is 17"; from opening to opening, about 16"

  • "Grizzly Bear" fur, 23% acrylic, 77% polyester
  • Shell fabrics
    • black 100% polyester
    • brown belly 100% cotton
  • Lining
    • 100% cotton

Spider washing instructions:

  • Use a front-loading washing machine
  • Turn the spider inside out, remove excess cat hair
  • Wash inside a garment bag or pillowcase (to help protect the legs)
  • Use cold water.
  • Do not bleach
  • Dry on low, leaving it still inside out and inside the bag
  • Send us an email if you have additional cleaning questions

The spider Cat Ball® cat bed is our original design and is made in the USA. 

Cats shed all over their beds! Our favorite tools for removing this shedded cat fur includes cat brushed and upholstery detailing tools, you can read about tools we've found really helpful here.

For face masks, machine wash or hand wash, cold water is suggested to prevent shrinking. Recommend washing masks inside mesh bags. Do not bleach. Dry flat, hang dry or tumble dry. OK to iron these face masks.

Loooove it!!!

We are seasoned Cat Ball connoisseurs down here in Alabama. My six cats adore them, so we have multiples. I’m loving this new bed for the fabulous fabric. Please give Retro and Tink each head bonks from my clowder.

Cat loves it

A tiny bit of catnip, and she is happy using the cat ball. I've taken it to the office as well and it's easy to transport as it folds down very easily. In short: a winner.
